What are AI tokens and will I run out?
AI tokens measure how much your AI processes - roughly 750 words = 1,000 tokens. Each plan includes 1,000,000 tokens/month (enough for ~750,000 words). Most businesses use 20-40% of their allocation. If you exceed, additional tokens cost just $0.05 per 1,000.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. We also offer a 7-day free trial so you can test everything risk-free.
Do I need both Internal and External interfaces?
It depends on your needs. External ($29.95) is for customer-facing use - website widgets, chat support, taking orders. Internal ($9.95) is for team use - accessing company knowledge, creating tickets, HR questions. Many businesses start with one and add the other later.
How does the phone add-on pricing work?
The phone add-on costs $9.95/month plus $0.10 per minute of call time. So if you have 200 minutes of calls in a month, your total phone cost is $9.95 + (200 × $0.10) = $29.95. You can add phone to either Internal or External interface.
What happens if I exceed my token limit?
Overages are automatically billed at $0.05 per 1,000 tokens. There's no service interruption - your AI keeps working. Most businesses never hit the limit, but if you do, it's transparent and affordable.
